The villa is situated just outside the village of Aheloy. This is a 10 minute drive from Bourgas Airport and 11 kilometres from Nessebar and Sunny Beach. The village is still very Bulgarian with shops and restaurants.

From 2008 courtesy buses will be running from hotel and villas to Nessebar and Sunny Beach.
The village of Aheloy is situated just 3km from Ravda and 6km. from Sunny Beach and Nessebur, near the mouth of the Aheloy River.
Aheloy has a rich history - in the vicinity of Aheloy the Bulgarian Tsar Simeon I destroyed the armies of the Byzantine emperor Lion Foka. The field of the landmark battle, which made the Bulgarian state the uncontestable dominion of the Balkan peninsula, is called nowadays Kokalos after the scattered corpses of killed soldiers.
Aheloy is also famous for its beautiful fruit gardens and vine yards and is a unique mixture of still preserved green sites, calm and pleasant sea and 56 thousand square meters sandy beaches. It’s a great place for people who try to find tranquility by the seashores.
