Guests may use any of the facilities within the GRAND RESORT complexes (Crown Fort, Imperial Fort, Panorama Fort, Marina View Fort) which extend the list above. The complex is actually located between Elenite & St Vlas & is ideal for couples or familes.

Throughout the main season there are a variety of fun competitions at the GRAND RESORT (mini golf, billiards, tennis, football). Also in main season, the complex (Fortnoks) provides a on regualr bus to St Vlas & Sunny Beach. This is an additon to the local bus service. The bus stop/taxi pick up is 2 mins walk away from the Apartment. The complex has mnay swimming pools including a wave machine, shops, car hire, restaurants, bar, childrens play areas, internet club, etc.

Outside of the complex turn left and a 5-10min walk takes you to an outstanding aquapark and is an ideal day out for all the family ( www.aquapark.bg )Turn right and a 4 or 5 min short ride takes you to the new marina area & St Vlas village & beaches. Its definitely worth a visit, with shops, restaurants and to view the sailing boats, this is also an ideal romantic night out. About a 10 mins ride away, takes you into the main resort of Sunny Beach. It’s Bulgaria’s largest beach resort & is less than 10 km away.
